“ Well organized and easy to navigate JewelOsco store in the heart of the Six Corners neighborhood. It was very easy to get around this JewelOsco store and the staff were very helpful. The store was very clean and I appreciate that it was easy to find everything I was looking for. They have a huge liquor section as well as a wonderful fresh flowers, party balloons, and all kinds of other party favors to choose from. ”

“ I wanted to write a review for the nice lady that assisted me when I came into the store on 21325. I was looking for a can of Progresso Mediterranean Style Lentil Soup. I checked on the app and it stated that it was in the store. I know this can be a hit or miss sometimes. However, I literally looked on every shelf and even checked the sticker tabs for the particular one that I wanted but I couldnt find it. So I approached a woman by the name of Nancy to ask her if she could use the device they have to look it up to see if they have it in the store. She didnt have the device on her, but she did ask what was I looking for. I let her know the item I was looking for and she called over the radio to see where the over stock was that had been moved was located. Her and I walked over there and It wasnt there. So, Nancy and I walked backed over to the aisle, and we both were looking for the item. It appeared that they had there brand new itemscans of lentils but not the one that I was looking for. So I said thanked Nancy and said I would just try another Jewels. But Nancy said let me check the sticker tab for the name, and she said I see sticker for it it but I dont see the one you want. She move a couple of cans around and she said found it! There were 34 cans in the back that she found hiding behind the new stock. I was so thankful that she persisted and found the particular one that I was looking for. I brought 3 cans of the one that I was looking for, and 3 cans of the regular lentils. I wanted to write this review about Nancy because she could have just simply gave up and stop looking for the item. But she didnt, and I really appreciate her help. I really didnt want to have to go to another location. Customer service today is few, far and in between. So I wanted to let the manager at the Jewels located at 4660 W. Irving Park, know that they have a great employee working for them. Thank you again Nancy! ”
